This automatic packing machine handles the complete packaging cycle: PE film unwinding with automatic tension control, bag forming (pillow or gusseted style), product collation (single or multi-pack), bag sealing with hot bar or impulse technology, date/batch code printing, and finished pack output. The PLC control system stores recipes for different product sizes and pack configurations, enabling quick changeovers with minimal downtime.
