Airlaid Absorbent Paper
Airlaid Absorbent Paper لتصنيع وتوريد منتجات النظافة.
Airlaid Absorbent Paper is a nonwoven material produced by air-forming cellulose fibers into a web, then bonding them with latex or thermal treatment. It is used as an absorbent layer in ultra-thin sanitary napkins, panty liners, and light-incontinence pads where traditional fluff pulp cores would be too bulky.
Ultra-Thin Core Technology
The airlaid absorbent paper delivers high absorption capacity in an extremely thin profile — typically 0.5-1.5mm compared to 3-5mm for fluff pulp cores of equivalent absorbency. This enables the production of ultra-thin, discreet hygiene products that consumers increasingly prefer. The material also offers excellent wet integrity, maintaining its structure when saturated.
