The Automatic Packing Machine is a fully automated bag-forming, filling, and sealing system for hygiene products. Designed to integrate directly with diaper, pad, and wipe production lines, it receives finished products from the conveyor, forms PE bags around them, fills pre-made bags, and seals each package — all at speeds up to 60 packs per minute.

Full-Auto Packaging Integration

Manual or semi-auto packing is a bottleneck in high-speed production. The automatic packing machine eliminates this bottleneck by automating the entire packaging process: bag film unwinding and forming, product insertion (single or multi-pack), bag sealing with date coding, and finished pack discharge onto the stacking conveyor. The machine uses PLC control with recipe storage for different pack sizes and configurations, enabling quick changeover between product types.
