Breathable فيلم
Breathable فيلم لتصنيع وتوريد منتجات النظافة.
Breathable PE Film is a microporous polyethylene film used as the waterproof backsheet layer in disposable diapers, sanitary napkins, and underpads. Its unique microporous structure allows water vapor and hot air to escape while acting as a complete barrier to liquid water and urine.
Why Breathability Matters
In a diaper, body heat and sweat create a warm, humid microclimate that can cause skin irritation and diaper rash. Breathable PE film solves this by allowing moisture vapor to escape through billions of microscopic pores — each smaller than a water droplet but larger than a water vapor molecule. The result: drier, cooler, and more comfortable products with reduced incidence of skin irritation.
