Elastic Nonwoven Laminate is a pre-composited stretchable material used in diaper ear tabs, side panels, and waistbands. It combines elastic film or fibers with nonwoven fabric layers to create a material that stretches, recovers, and breathes — all in a single roll-fed substrate ready for direct use on the production line.

Pre-Engineered Stretch Material

Instead of separately feeding spandex and nonwoven on the diaper line, manufacturers can use elastic nonwoven laminate as a ready-to-use stretchable component. This simplifies production, reduces machine complexity, and ensures consistent stretch performance across all products. The material is commonly used for diaper ear tabs (the stretchy side panels that fasten with hook tapes) and waistband extensions.
