The Full Servo Underpad Production Line is a complete manufacturing system for underpads, nursing pads, and bed protection sheets. Designed for both disposable and reusable product variants, this machine produces multi-layer absorbent pads for healthcare, elderly care, and veterinary applications.
Multi-Layer Underpad Construction
The underpad machine forms each product through a precise layering process: nonwoven topsheet for softness and quick liquid penetration, SAP and fluff pulp absorbent core for maximum fluid retention, PE backsheet for leak-proof protection, and optional side wings for tuck-in security. The machine can also produce quilting-embossed patterns for improved core integrity.
