Specialty Hot Melt Adhesives are custom-formulated glues for niche or demanding applications in hygiene product manufacturing that standard construction or elastic adhesives cannot address. These include wetness indicator bonding, core stabilization, tape-to-film lamination, and odor-control additive carriers.
Custom Adhesive Solutions
Not every bonding application in a hygiene product fits a standard adhesive category. Specialty hot melt adhesive formulations are developed to solve specific production or performance challenges: bonding two dissimilar materials that standard adhesives won’t grip, providing temporary tack that later releases (for manufacturing aids), carrying functional additives (fragrance, lotion, antibacterial agents), or withstanding unusual temperature or humidity conditions in the finished product.
