PP Side Tape Equipment

The PP Side Tape Equipment is a production line for manufacturing the frontal tape / side tape component of diaper closure systems. These are the tape strips with a finger-lift tab on one end that attach to the diaper ears and fasten to the landing zone on the front waist.

Diaper Tape Manufacturing Line

The PP side tape production machine produces finished tape assemblies ready for direct application on the diaper production line. The manufacturing process combines: PP film feeding, adhesive application (permanent adhesive on diaper side, releasable on closure side), finger-lift tab forming, release liner application, die-cutting to shape, and packaging. The machine can be configured for standard tapes, elasticated tapes, or stretch-release tapes.
