What is your business model? Are you a one-stop supplier or just a trading intermediary?

Quanzhou Loeon Trading Co., Ltd. is a dedicated one-stop supply chain service provider for the hygiene industry. Unlike a simple trading company, we integrate equipment planning, raw material sourcing, spare parts supply, and finished goods production for global hygiene manufacturers. Leveraging the strong industrial clusters around Quanzhou, including Jinjiang and Luojiang, we also assist with overseas logistics, installation, and after-sales support.

Quality Control & Supplier Qualification

As a one-stop service provider, how do you ensure the quality of the equipment you supply?

We enforce a strict supplier admission process. Vendors are expected to hold international certifications such as CE or ISO 9001 where applicable. Each machine is checked through continuous trial runs with real materials, key components are confirmed by brand and specification, and warranty-period remote support plus basic wear-part coordination are provided.

Spare Parts Supply & Equipment Maintenance

After purchasing equipment, can you guarantee continuous spare parts supply? What if we urgently need a specific part?

Yes. We provide life-cycle spare parts support. Common wear parts such as cutters, molds, sensors, belts, and elastic applicator modules can be coordinated from Quanzhou resources. For special or obsolete parts, we can arrange reverse engineering and custom manufacturing based on samples or drawings, while our after-sales team helps identify parts remotely and guide installation.

Equipment Procurement & Technical Support

If I want to buy a sanitary napkin production line, what kind of support can you offer?

We support line planning, raw material matching, on-site or remote technical communication, installation and commissioning coordination, and capacity acceptance. The goal is to help customers match the right equipment model with target capacity, product specification, and realistic production requirements.

Raw Materials - Technical Parameters

What raw material categories do you supply? Can you share key technical specifications?

We supply nonwoven, SAP, breathable film, elastics, hot melt adhesive, closure systems, and related hygiene product materials. Typical specifications include basis weight, width, absorbency, retention, viscosity, elongation, peel strength, and other parameters depending on the exact material and application.

Certifications & Compliance

Do your equipment and raw materials meet the import requirements of my country?

We understand destination-country compliance requirements. For equipment, CE declaration can be discussed when applicable. For raw materials, we can coordinate test reports such as SGS or OEKO-TEX from upstream partners according to product category and local regulatory requirements.

Logistics & Delivery

How do you pack and ship large equipment for international transport?

Machines are normally disassembled into modules and loaded into 40HC or 40OT open-top containers. Packaging may include stretch film, anti-rust oil, and steel frame reinforcement. Each shipment is labeled with buyer marks and packing list details for easier destination handling.

Payment & Trade Terms

What are your payment terms? Can you offer better prices for one-stop bundling?

Standard payment is T/T bank transfer, while L/C can be discussed for suitable orders. Because we coordinate equipment, materials, and spare parts together, one-stop bundling can often reduce combined sourcing and communication costs compared with separate purchasing.

OEM Finished Products

Do you support OEM production of finished hygiene products? What is the MOQ?

Yes. We can coordinate OEM production of baby diapers, sanitary napkins, pull-up pants, underpads, and other hygiene products with custom sizes and packaging. MOQ depends on product type, specification, and packaging plan. Trial orders can be discussed for first-time cooperation.
