2026 marks the beginning of the 15th Five-Year Plan period. Li Lingshen, Vice President of CNTAC, has noted that the hygiene products industry is at a critical stage of transition from "scale expansion" to "value enhancement," with products undergoing a comprehensive upgrade from basic functionality toward health, comfort, personalization, and intelligence. The industry embraces strategic opportunities including AI empowerment, green consumption, and cross-industry integration.

Over the past year, we have noticed that an increasing number of overseas buyers are using AI tools for supplier screening and product research. Meanwhile, our domestic clients are actively exploring how to leverage AI to improve foreign trade efficiency. Based on these observations, the company officially launched its "AI Trade Empowerment" business unit at the end of 2025.

Our AI strategy focuses on three core directions: AI-Assisted Foreign Trade Customer Acquisition (using AI tools for client development, email communication, multilingual translation, and social media marketing); AI-Powered Internal Management (applying AI to financial data organization, HR administration, contract archiving); and Supply Chain Intelligence Enhancement (optimizing supplier selection, quality inspection, and logistics coordination).

Looking ahead, we will continue to explore the deep application of AI technology in the hygiene products trade sector. We believe that AI will not replace human value but will amplify human capabilities. Our mission is to make trade more efficient, more transparent, and more trustworthy—and AI is the key tool to achieve this goal.
