2026 Wipes Summit & Hygiene Products Industry Exchange Held in Shanghai
The 2026 Wipes Summit & Hygiene Products Industry Exchange was held on March 9–10 in Shanghai. Under the theme "Forward Together," the event consisted of three parts: keynote speeches, roundtable forums, and achievement display and business matching sessions.
Li Lingshen, Vice President of China National Textile and Apparel Council (CNTAC), noted that the wipes and hygiene products industry is at a critical stage of transition from "scale expansion" to "value enhancement," with products undergoing a comprehensive upgrade from basic functionality toward health, comfort, personalization, and intelligence. The industry embraces strategic opportunities including AI empowerment, green consumption, and cross-industry integration.
Li Guimei, President of China Nonwovens and Industrial Textiles Association (CNITA), provided a comprehensive analysis from four core dimensions: technological innovation as the core driving force; high-end technology, diversified functionality, and intelligent product development; moderate growth with tier-two and tier-three markets; and green manufacturing and smart manufacturing moving toward full-chain collaboration.
